Return Policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Returns out of warranty

RWD can accept returns if the product is out of warranty but you need to pay for this service. The quotation is subjected to the actual condition of the product.

Returns due to quality issues within the warranty period are acceptable and RWD will repair or exchange the item free of charge. Unfortunately, RWD will not accept returns caused by your side, such as abuse, mis-bought product models, etc. For more information, please see our return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@rwdstco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
